Board Decisions

​​​​​​​PERB makes and posts decisions on the following types of cases:

• Unfair Labor Practice decisions
• Unit Clarification decisions
• Negotiability Dispute decisions (Public School employers only)
• Representation Certifications (whether by election or card-check recognition)
  
• Impasse matters that have been resolved by Mediator decisions​

PERB Does NOT post the following decisions:

1. Dismissals due to untimeliness or lack of jurisdiction
