PERB supports employees of the State government of Maryland, public schools in the State of MD, or one of these institutions​ of higher education.

PERB may be able to help if the following are true:

PERB cannot help public employees who are classified as management or confidential employees–those employees are NOT covered by collective bargaining laws.
